On a mission to redefine human work with AI and make humans 100× more productive.

For decades, progress in modern society was not limited by demand, ambition, or capital. It was limited by human throughput.

Entire functions were historically limited by how much work one human could do in a day. Recruiting, research, sales, support, and compliance all scaled linearly with headcount — not because it was optimal, but because there was no alternative.

AI removes that constraint.

What was once sequential becomes parallel. Tasks that depended on human throughput can now run continuously and at scale. Recruiting no longer stops at screening capacity. Research is no longer limited by interview bandwidth. Support is no longer a queue. Compliance is no longer a manual process.

This isn’t just efficiency. It’s a structural shift.

Most knowledge work is repetitive and rule-based. AI turns that work into infrastructure. One person can now oversee thousands of parallel processes instead of executing them one by one.

The companies that win won’t use AI to assist existing roles. They’ll redesign roles around the idea that execution is effectively infinite and human judgment is the scarce resource.

By removing humans from throughput-limited execution, we give them back time for the only things that actually move civilization forward: judgment, creativity, and building what has never existed before.
